As a licensed therapist in Illinois and a life coach, I offer both psychotherapy and life coaching services. Although both support personal growth, they are separate services with different purposes and guidelines.

Psychotherapy is a clinical mental health service that includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional or psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I provide psychotherapy through a national mental health practice. If you are interested in beginning psychotherapy with me, you will need to contact the practice directly to schedule your initial appointment and complete their intake process.

Life coaching, offered through Designed 2 Succeed Consulting & Lifestyle, LLC, is a non-clinical, goal-oriented service focused on personal development, clarity, accountability, and achieving personal or professional goals. Coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions and is not psychotherapy.

To maintain ethical and professional boundaries, psychotherapy and life coaching are provided as separate services and are not conducted within the same professional relationship.
